Pricing questions
Why is the price different for each product?
Because the systems are different sizes. A hospital build carries patient records, admissions, pharmacy and lab modules; a shop build carries a counter, stock and suppliers. You only pay for the platform you actually run.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Every product comes with a 14-day free trial on your own data, and no card is required to start. We help you import your existing stock, patient or student records during that period.
Are there cheaper or more expensive tiers?
No. Each product has one price with every feature included — no locked modules, no upgrade you have to buy later. What scales is how many locations you run.
What does "per outlet / branch / campus" mean?
One licence covers one physical location. Adding a second shop, clinic or campus adds it at the same rate — staff accounts and users inside that location are included.
How does yearly billing work?
Paying yearly costs less than twelve monthly payments — ৳989 less on every product. You can move between monthly and yearly at any renewal.
