We are a small product team in Rajshahi. What we ship runs a shop's counter, a clinic's front desk and a school's fee office — which is a good reason to build it carefully.

What it is like here
We work from the office at Level 9, Hi-Tech Park, Rajshahi - 6000, Bangladesh, Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 - 18:00. The team is small enough that you will talk to customers directly, see your work in front of them, and have a real say in what gets built next.
The flip side of small: you will wear more than one hat, and some weeks are messy. If you want narrow, well-defined tickets handed to you, this is not the right place.
What we look for
- You can show us something you built, shipped or fixed — the scrappier the story, the better.
- You write clearly. Half of this job is explaining things to people who are not engineers.
- You are comfortable in Bangla and English, because our customers and our code are both.
- You care when someone’s day goes badly because of a bug. That instinct is most of the job.
